It's a sketch I draw in Nov. 2005, pictured obscure landscape, actually a certain temple in my mind.
It shows Mt. Kailash in Tibet, the center of the Tibetan vision of the world, Hindu and Bhuddism as well, set up huge fish carved in stone with tiny structure floating in front.
It's an architecture, landscape of my imagination.
Ammonite shells are lined up both sides on the approach because of memories of the land as ancient seabed, supposed to show the history of a land like to display the history of the birth of architecture.
Whole district of Mt. Kailash has been seen as a gigantic Mandala, it has been a landscape as a world vision of human mind, still coincided with each until now.
That is the impossibility of imagine the modern cathedral that makes me active to draw it.
Mr. Kwok and C.Y. Lee are seemed to pursue a Temple of Freedom on top of the 200m high Beijing Morgan Center which is situated in the Beijing Olympic Park and will be a center of the world attention in 2008.
We have got an opportunity and place to direct our dream to project a new style and a new way to progress, so go on you piece of sketch.
