B. General program
1.Each term J. Gleiter will hold a lecture series of 12 lectures. The general title is ,,Philosophy of Architecture''

2.J.Gleiter will participate in the G-Studio seminars. He will be a studio critic.

3.The lectures 1-12 will be critically reviewed by J.Gleiter and published in a concise little book (80-100 pages). Its title is: "Introduction To A Critical Philosophy of Architecture - The Waseda Lectures". The book is in English with Japanese abstracts. It can function as a text book for lectures and seminars in the future, The book could be ideally publishing in September 2004.

4.J.Gleiter would be willing to publish a book on Nietzsche and Architecture. The book will be based on four lectures that will be held at Waseda University and Bauhaus-University in the period from May - November 2003.The book may appear in English and/or Japanese translation. The size is about 120 pages. Its working title is: "Nietzsche As a Philosophical Flaneur - On The Physiology of Architecture."

5.J.Gleiter would take pride to be an organizer of an international conference on contemporary architecture, organized by the G-Studio. With 12 participating architects and theorists/historians from China, Japan and Germany (4 from each country). Preferably the conference is to be held in May 2004 in Okinawa and Tokyo. Its working title is: "Ontological Ambiguity - Architecture In the 21 century"

6.In Fall 2004 G-Studio publishes a book with the title "Ontological Ambiguity - An Architecture for the 21 century." The book presents the work of G-Studio(student projects, portraits of the archtectural work of O.Ishiyama and C.Y.Lee and an theoretical introduction with the title "The Ontological Ambiguity of Contemporary Architecture "by Joerg Gleiter.

7.Together with Bauhaus-University in summer 2004 J.Gleiter suggests the organization of a joint summer school in Venice and Okinawa. Period:September 2004.

C. Further suggestions
1.Organization of a travelling university(G-Studio) in the fall term 2003/04(4 Weeks Shanghai,4 weeks Berlin, Venice) local architects/historians/theorists will be invited to lecture and teach seminars.

2.The international mix of the G-studio is its most valuable asset. IT is suggested to accept some more students from China and Europe in the master course(ideally 3 students from China,2 students from Weimar and 1 student from Great Britain) The students will be helping to organize the "travelling university" in China and Germany. As a native speaker the British student will be very helpful to prepare the English texts of the books and the conference.
